At Wells Orthodontics LLC, we treat each patient like an individual with unique orthodontic needs. We take pride in the comfortable atmosphere we provide and make sure each patient has a pleasant experience that exceeds their expectations.
Our patients are our priority and our friendly staff makes it their mission to provide top quality service. Our office is state-of-the-art, with the newest technology and advanced equipment to provide the best orthodontic results. Our practice offers all aspects of orthodontic care for patients of all ages including traditional braces, invisible lingual braces, and Invisalign.

Meet Our Doctor
Dr. Wells is a specialist in the profession of orthodontics and facial orthopedics. He attended dental school at the University of Louisville. There he earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 1996. After a year of further training in a hospital setting, Dr. Wells completed his AEGD Residency and was accepted into the Orthodontic Residency Program. In 1999, Dr. Wells was awarded his orthodontic specialty certificate at the University of Louisville, College of Dentistry.
Staying on top of the scientific advancements in dento-facial orthopedics is a priority for Dr. Wells. He continues to pursue excellence in his specialty and consistently exceeds the requirements for continuing education each year by making it a priority to learn from the leaders in his profession. Dr. Tony Wells recently lectured to the Seattle Study Club and other programs in the region.
He currently serves as a voting delegate to the Indiana Dental Association and is an active member of both the American Association of Orthodontists and the Southern Association of Orthodontists. Most recently, Dr. Wells completed his term as President of the First District Dental Society, the tri-state's dental society. Dr. Wells also plays a very active roll in the Western Kentucky Orthodontic Study Group. In addition, he is a member of the American Dental Association, the Kentucky Dental Association, the University of Louisville Orthodontic Alumni Association and the Seattle Study Club.
On a personal note, Dr. Wells is married to Crunchy Wells, also a dentist. They have two children, Rieser and Abbey. Tony and Crunchy spend the majority of their free time with their children’s activities and numerous volunteer responsibilities in the tri-state.
Meet Our Staff
Meet Leslie! Yes, you are probably related to her, and if there is a small chance that you are not, this friendly super mom of three children will certainly find something that you have in common. Class act is an understatement for Leslie, a graduate of both Mater Dei and Purdue University. She enjoys swimming and a competitive game of tennis. Leslie came to Wells Orthodontics in the spring of 2009 and has been a mover and shaker for us since the beginning.
Formerly a teacher at St. James and Holy Rosary, Leslie does a wonderful job of keeping Team Wells Ortho in line and on top. Leslie really has no down time as she is a volunteer for her children’s schools and church, but you may find her enjoying her favorite snack, graham crackers and milk, taking a walk with her husband, relaxing in her pool or cheering on the Castle Knights! Leslie said that it is Dr. Wells' friendly and easygoing style that helps make Wells Orthodontics a great place to work. It is Leslie’s fun and positive attitude that makes her a perfect fit for our team.
At Wells Orthodontics you will find this amazing lady in the back office. Susan, our Financial Coordinator, is a Mater Dei graduate where she met her husband, Dave. Quiet at first, Susan is a creative and funny firecracker. She is the mother of two beautiful adopted daughters and their spoiled-rotten dog, Roscoe. You will probably find her cheering on Mater Dei, especially the Marching Wildcats, where her daughter is a member of their Color Guard. She enjoys shopping at Kohl's and dining at Olive Garden because she loves the Andes mints at the end of the meal! Hmm, Chocoholic? Her dream vacation spot is Jamaica, but any warm, sunny beach will do. Susan's dream car is a Mustang, and she really enjoys reading and watching movies-anything with a bit of romance. Susan recently downloaded the latest Carrie Underwood song and listens to everything from Brad Paisley to One Direction.
As a child she dreamed of becoming a nurse, but later found out that she faints at the sight of blood so orthodontics is a much more suitable field. We are so glad that Susan is a part of our Wells Orthodontic family!
She may be our youngest and shortest team member, but Jourdan is big on fun! She is a graduate of Harrison High School and is attending USI studying Dental Hygiene, of course! Sometimes called "Jourdy" or "Shorty", our little fireball is a hard working wonder! Her favorite Team Wells Ortho memory was our night out at the Brad Paisley concert.
Jourdan dreams of driving a black Jeep and vacationing in the Bahamas. She cheers for both Harrison High school, USI, and U of E Aces. Around town, you may find her eating at her favorite restaurant, Zuki, or shopping at Target. Her hero is her amazing mom who also doubles as her best friend! Jourdan enjoys working with Team Wells because "everyone is helpful, kind, and just plain funny!" She thought that she might become a teacher when she was younger, but we have convinced her that straight teeth are the way to go!
