I have been a fairly new client with the Wells Orthodontics Family for a little over a year. While writing this, I just recently got my braces from there! The atmosphere there is welcoming and warm. The ladies at the front desk always greet you with a smile and treat you with kindness, treating each person who walks through the door with the utmost care. I sat down with Kelly, one of the front desk ladies, to talk about my braces and the process, and she made me feel at ease. She explained everything I needed to know about my braces and how to care for them with extreme diligence. From explaining the products they recommend and proper braces care, all was covered for my comfort. The price wasn't half bad either! I really like how every time I go for appointments, they always have some raffle going on or a "Guess how many candies are in the jar" kinda thing. (School supplies when I went). Each client has a chance to win prizes for having healthy teeth and braces, which I enjoy! Getting braces and caring for them shouldn't be a chore; it should be fun!
While I was getting my braces on, the tech who was preparing me was extremely kind, asking if I was okay, if anything was hurting, or even if I needed a break, which I appreciated. Dr. Wells took his time in ensuring that I was okay while he applied the brackets on my teeth, even giving me praise after I was completely done with the process.
The Wells Orthodontics Staff made sure I had everything I needed for my braces: a proper toothbrush, wax, and special floss. They even included a mouth guard for me for my sport, which they didn't have to do at all!
I really enjoyed my experience, and I am excited for my next appointment!
